An unexpectedly busy week, so just a couple of new things this time, but next week will be a brimming hamper of features, promise. Some of New Orleans’ top chefs dropped recipes that will liven up any holiday dining table, and we took a new look at Couvant, which is opening up its formerly strict relationship with French cuisine, though it’s still very much a Gallic culinary celebration.
The diary has never looked fuller, though, and if you’re in the mood for Christmas concerts, markets and shows, then look no further. I mean, look a bit further, obviously, but there’s a lot to choose from. Also check out our NEWS section, which has offers, previews, local openings, etc.
